Southern Louisiana's premiere Genital Rock band THE POOTS offer 21 songs of pure punk rock comedy. Chock full of potty humor and crudeness, this 2005 recording catches Ric Poot and Bill Ding in their ultimate couch potato prime (unemployed after Hurricane Katrina). Influences range from Ramones, Descendents, The Meatmen and Misfits though the end result is more like a teenage Cheech & Chong blasting 3-chord punk in a bonged-out bedroom. Notable hits include (but are not limited to) "Shit Your Pants", "I Hate Red Lights", "You Can Go Fuck Yourself", "400 Pound Friday Night" and of course the beloved dance number "Pit Sniff Blitz".
